At Rejencia, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, delivery timeframes, and related terms. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
Our products are fulfilled and shipped by a third-party logistics (3PL) provider on our behalf. By placing an order with Rejencia, you consent to sharing your shipping information (name, address, phone number, and order details) with our fulfillment partner for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses). International shipping availability may vary — please contact us at support@rejencia.com for international shipping inquiries.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Available for all U.S. orders. Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available for most U.S. addresses. Rates calculated at checkout.
- Overnight / Priority Shipping (1–2 business days): Available for select locations. Rates calculated at checkout.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over [threshold] (before taxes). Offered where applicable and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Rejencia is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is at the discretion of our fulfillment partner to ensure efficient delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination (e.g., hazardous materials regulations). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be legally shipped to the provided destination.
Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Rejencia is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@rejencia.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@rejencia.com and we will work with the carrier to file a claim. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rejencia.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items.
Rejencia is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders where available at checkout.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different locations or at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic U.S. orders, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable U.S. tax laws. For international orders (where available), you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by your country's customs authority. Rejencia has no control over customs delays or fees.

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
