Return & Refund Policy

Overview
At Rejencia, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435).
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@rejencia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Our products are fulfilled through a third-party logistics (3PL) provider. All returns must be shipped to the address provided in your RMA instructions — do not ship returns to our corporate address.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center (typically within 5–7 business days of receipt), we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
We do not issue cash refunds.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund for items that are:
- Returned after 30 days but within 45 days of delivery (subject to a restocking fee)
- Returned with visible signs of use or damage not caused by us
- Missing original packaging or accessories
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a defective product, contact us at support@rejencia.com within 30 days of delivery. We will ship the replacement once the defective item is received at our fulfillment center, subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@rejencia.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rejencia is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed carrier delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. Contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notice, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@rejencia.com.
