Shipping Policy

At Rejencia, our mission is to deliver your luxury skincare experience promptly and with care.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes:
• US: Please check at the Therasage website
• Rest of the world: 15USD
Please note: delivery times may vary based on your location and customs delays.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not fully happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:
• Products must be not used and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Request a Return:
Email our support team at Info@rejencia.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
